Shipping and Returns

Warranty Information:

FurHaven Pet Products offers a ninety (90) day limited warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship unless otherwise noted on product packaging. Defects in material and/or workmanship are defined as: flaws in fabric, finish or materials not naturally occurring; sewing; gluing; stapling; zipper construction or installation. Absolutely no warranty or return for credit will be offered for acts beyond the manufacturer’s control. This includes but is not limited to: damage inflicted on products by animals, water damage/fire damage and other acts of God or natural events and conditions, damage caused through misuse of products, damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, damage (whether intentional or unintentional) inflicted by a person, and/or failure to properly maintain product. FurHaven Pet reserves the right to require return of product(s) to the nearest manufacturing facility for inspection and verification of warranty claim. If a product-return request in support of a warranty claim is made by a FurHaven agent and not complied with by the customer within thirty (30) days of the request, no return credit or replacement product will be given and the customer forfeits their right to remedy for the claimed defect. For approved warranty claims, FurHaven Pet, at the discretion of its customer service agents, may opt to replace defective products or parts in lieu of issuing credit. No warranty will be provided for lost, stolen or missing product. Ninety (90) day period begins on date of delivery. Proof of purchase, receipt or gift receipt listing the date/vendor/product SKU/product name/cost are required for all Warranty Claims. WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (excludes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories).

Shipped Product Refused or Damaged in Shipment:


The following applies to shipments made directly to customers from FurHaven Pet and does not apply to products shipped via alternate suppliers, distributors or sales platforms. If product arrives to customer in damaged condition, a report must immediately be made to FurHaven Pet Customer Service at [email protected] or via toll-free reporting to 888-459-2337 (888-4K9-BEDS). Customers have the option of refusing the product (at no penalty) citing the damage as the reason for return. Should the customer opt to receive the damaged package/case/carton, a full inventory and inspection of the item(s) should be made immediately and any missing or damaged in transit product immediately reported to FurHaven Pet. Images of the damaged package/case/cartons and damaged item must be submitted with any request for replacement or credit. Failure to provide photographic evidence cataloging the damage may result in refusal of claim in which event the customer will not receive replacement product or credit. Delay in reporting and failure by customer to act in a timely manner may result in refusal of claim in which event the customer will not receive replacement product or credit.

How will my package ship?

We use FedEx and USPS to ship. Standard transit time is 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders will ship from Corry, Pennsylvania. We have recently migrated from two warehouses to a single warehouse in Corry, PA.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days to ship your order typically. Order fulfillment times may be delayed due to our recent warehouse migration, please allow 4-5 business days before reaching out for additional assistance.

Is shipping free?

Shipping on any order is free at www.furhavenpetshop.com until the end of 2024.

Return Policy:

The following applies to shipments made directly to customers from FurHaven Pet and does not apply to products shipped via alternate suppliers, distributors or sales platforms. FurHaven Pet offers free returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of product (per tracking records provided by shipping company). Returns are limited to product that is in saleable condition or is otherwise undamaged other than through normal wear and tear. Returns will be accepted for a variety of reasons (size, color, fabric, use) EXCLUDING damage (whether intentional or unintentional) inflicted on products by animals, humans, acts of God or natural events. Proof of purchase, receipt or gift receipt listing the date/vendor/product SKU/product name/cost are required for all Returns.
